DOST Usec. Sancho A. Mabborang affirms the strong and nurtured collaboration of Apayao State College with various partner agencies, the Provincial Government of Apayao, and the farming community as manifested by the product outputs he had personally seen during his worthwhile visit to the Enhanced Nutribun Processing Center, Sericulture, Natural Textile Fiber Innovation Hub (NTFIH), and to the Complimentary Food Processing Center on October 27, 2023 at ASC-Payanan, San Gregorio, Luna Apayao.
